Refunds for cancellations are only provided if done 30 days before check in. Late cancellations may forfeit the full booking amount.

Onse Baai and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of property, or delays caused by weather, utilities, or third-party services.

5. Property Use

The property may not be used for unlawful activities. Noise levels must be kept respectful, and only booked guests may stay overnight.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
